Module 01
Score any supplier, site or labour provider on country, sector, workforce size and recruitment model. The score breaks down into named indicators, so a reviewer sees exactly why it moved.
Module 02
A QR poster at the workplace opens a confidential reporting page that does not ask for a name, phone number or location, and is designed to minimise identifying data. Workers pay nothing and need no permission from their employer.
Module 02b
A channel only counts if workers can reach it. Each site records its agreed access points and a verification status, so an empty inbox is read in context instead of as good news.
Module 03
Individual reports are grouped by site, recruiter and indicator. A single complaint stays a complaint; a repeated one becomes a flagged cluster with a threshold and a timestamp.
Module 04
A portfolio view by country and supplier with a three-level scale, so an escalation conversation starts from one shared picture rather than four spreadsheets.
Module 05
Dated documentation of what was screened, what was found, who reviewed it and what was done — documentation that supports regulator and auditor requests.

Where this fits
Enterprise capabilities · status stated per item
Each supplier score is a sum of named factors — country prevalence, state response, sector intensity, listed goods, import measures, operating model — each shown with its points, maximum and public source.
A tier-1 → tier-2 subcontracting view exists in the synthetic construction demo only. Every link there is fictional fixture data. Customer workspaces do not have a relationship graph today, and Libera never infers real-world ties.
Live today: an organisation-scoped audit log and an append-only evidence custody history (attach, edit, remove, view, export) that users cannot edit or delete; server-side SHA-256 is recorded for uploaded worker evidence.
Completed actions are activity. A verified result requires recorded verification. Live cases show a categorical effectiveness status; a completed task is never shown as a resolved issue.
